Stephen Carpenter - Senior Pastor
Stephen studied at Milligan College, Emannuel Christian Seminary, and Fuller Theological Seminary. He has been in ministry for 31 years, planting two churches and serving on the foreign mission field. Kentucky born, Stephen is a native of Canton, Ohio. He enjoys golf and tennis and is big sports fan. He is married to Beth Ann and the father of three children.
Ray Walker - Associate Pastor for Worship Ministries
As Associate Pastor for Worship Ministries, Ray connects the church to God and his glory through music and the arts. For the last 18 years, Ray has served churches in the Fayetteville area leading worship ministries and developing worship musicians. Ray is a native of Macon, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Business. After serving as a Youth Pastor for 6 years, he attended Southwestern Theological Baptist Seminary, graduating in 1989 with a Master’s Degree in Religious Education. He married his wife, Lynn, in 1987 and they have two children, Kate and Annie.
Justin Fincannon - Youth Pastor
Justin Fincannon is the Student Pastor here at CCW. Justin studied Biblical Studies and Preaching at Point University. That is also where he met his wife Morgan. They have been married since August of 2015 and have 2 kids (dogs,) Luna and Maya. Justin felt the calling to go into youth ministry his senior year in high school and has been pursuing that mission ever since.
Ashli Williams - Children's Pastor
Ashli is a graduate of LaGrange College with a degree in early childhood education. She taught in Fayette County schools for 20 years. She is married to Thomas and has four children.
Heather Hughes - Special Needs Coordinator
She graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2001 with a Psychology/Sociology degree. She is marred to Jay and has two daughters.
Stacy Alread - Preschool Director
She has served the church in different capacities since 1999. Stacy attended Atlanta Christian College, is married to David and is the mother of two grown children.
